HKA Construction Referral
Eligibility Requirements:

1. Referral pay is 50 cents per hour for straight time hours worked.
2. Referral pay starts on the first Monday after the referred person's hire date. Hire date must be within six months of referral.
3. Payment will continue for one calendar year from the referred person's start date and can total up to $1,040 per referral.
4. Referral pay is paid weekly (for current HKA employees) and is subject to all applicable state and federal taxes. For non-HKA individuals, referrals will be paid monthly.
5. There is no limit to the number of referrals one person can submit.
6. Personnel referred must not be in HKA's current database.
7. HKA permanent staff and family members are not eligible for referral pay.
8. HKA reserves the right to end the referral program at any time. All referrals entered before the end date will be honored for the calendar year as described in part 3.

	HKA Power Pay Earn $2080 per Year!* HKA will pay you $1 on each hour worked by the person you refer for job listings that are marked as Power Pay eligible. Get paid monthly for your referee's work, up to 40 hours per week for one continous year.

HKA Power Pay
Eligibility Requirements:

The answer to each of these questions must be “No” for you to be eligible for the Power Pay referral bonus.

1. Is the referred individual currently working for HKA Enterprises?
2. Has HKA submitted this individual on a project in the last 60 days?
3. Has this individual worked for HKA in the last 60 days?
4. Has this individual already been referred to HKA Enterprises through an HKA referral program?

If the answer to all of those questions is “No”, then your referral will be officially logged. You are eligible to receive the HKA Power Pay bonus if the referred individual is hired for that Power Pay eligible position. You will begin earning your referral bonus from day 1 of the assignment.
