Duties and responsibilities We are looking for an Operator Trainer to perform training analysis and development of training material to support implementation for the Operations Operator Fundamental program . Conduct Operator Fundamental walkthroughs and in-plant training relative to developed Operator Fundamental walkthrough program. Develop and implementation of INPO Crew Performance simulator evaluations

Duties
Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Past or present SRO(Senior Reactor Operator) license or certification Five years nuclear power plant experience, two of which have been instructional experience Knowledge of the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT) process Certification as a simulator training instructor within the past three years. Ability to gain and maintain unescorted access to nuclear plant and pass Nuclear Pre-Access Drug Screen Ability to utilize Word and PowerPoint computer programs Desired Qualifications: Effective oral and written communication skills Experience adapting to changing work assignments and/or schedules Experience planning and executing work assignments with minimal supervision Knowledge of INPO A&E activities centered around the INPO Crew Performance simulator evaluations
