2. Use Rules to Automatically Sort Your Inbox - Most popular email clients (Outlook, Gmail, Apple, etc) allow you to setup rules to automatically keep your inbox organized all year long. Do you want all emails from your manager to automatically be flagged as high priority? Maybe, you are working on a special project. How would you like all emails with a keyword indicating the project name to be sorted into a special folder? Well, email rules can do all of that and much more!
