HKA ENTERPRISES ACQUIRES TALUS PARTNERS

HKA Enterprises, a leading provider of staffing and payroll solutions, announced its acquisition of Talus Partners, a staffing and technology solutions company.

The asset purchase of Talus, based in Farmington, CT, further strengthens HKA’s position in the technical staffing and solutions market and increases HKA’s steady geographical presence in the Northeastern United States. Talus will also provide strong synergies with HKA’s subsidiary, Data Based Development Systems, Inc, which specializes in technical staffing and solutions.
